Before we even start a project, we will work with you to get a clear picture of the desired outcome of the project. We will ask you a lot of questions, make suggestions, to get a clear picture in our head that shows how the project will look when it’s done. Once we have gone trough this process, and we have a good idea of the outcome, we will restate it back to you to get your agreement so we have a clear target to shoot at.

Once the outcome is clearly defined, we will talk to you about the process - how we will work with you to manage the project. Most projects require a timeline and communication process. Detailed timelines have a tendency to fall apart after a week or two so we recommend the following step.

We always focus on one step at the time. We dermine the next step to take (in this case the first step) and we set a deadline for submitting it to you. This makes that everyone involved in the process has a clear overview and goal to aim for.

Once we have completed the first step, we send it to you within the deadline we set up. In that way everyone can follow the evolution of the project and there can be done adjustements, if needed, in time.

The other great thing about thing about working in steps is that we can get feedback from you and modify the project accordingly. This can actually make the project take longer, but in the end we’ll have a better product and you will be happier. This continual feedback loop is actually integral to a successful project, and building it into the process makes sense.

Now that we’ve send the first step, and gotten feedback, we focus on the next step.

You get the idea. We just keep focusing on one step at a time, setting a deadline for each step as we go along, and sending the completed step to you. This will keep us on top of things and running smoothly.
